Why do parents keep on taking their small children on aeroplanes when all they do is?

I would....I hate being next to that on plane. Even on shops they let their flipping children play around scream and run around. That's why I don't have any. It's the parents fault....when I was a kid my mum will just kick my *ss....if I don't shut up.
