How come reality tv romances never work out ?

It's because people are forced to choose the love of their life in a month or less. It's not because they don't want it to work out, it's because they don't really know the person that well. And love is easy when your taking helicopter rides to Napa, but it's not that easy when you are fighting about bills or in laws.
