Mutants in DNA????
A constitutive mutant is a strain that continuously makes a protein, that in the wild type, is inducible. Describe 2 differnt ways in which a change in the DNA sequence could lead to the development of a constitutive mutant. How could these 2 types of constitutive mutants be distinguished genetically?
