Dream is really disturbing me...HELP!?

I've had this dream day after day for weeks now, I'm in a hospital room, and I don't know why. I keep asking the doctors why I'm there, and they keep telling me to calm down, and "Just Breathe" Finally, a doctor explains that I'm going into labor. (I'm 13, and not pregnant) They ask me for phone numbers so they can call my parents, and get permission to give me a pain killer before I start to feel REAL pain. At this point, I am feeling dull pains (That I can actually physically feel) that must be contraction pains. They can't contact my family, so I have to have the baby naturally. I try to explain that it's impossible that I'm pregnant! (at this point, the pain is really starting to get bad.) The pain continues on, turning on and off (like I expect a contraction would) until it is completely excruciating. The doctors then explain that it's time for me to deliver the baby. I keep saying that "I can't do it, it hurts too much...I can't" I do follow the doctors orders, and push. The pain becomes 10 times more painful, and after what seems like hours, I successfully deliver, a baby girl, whom I name Amy. I then wake up. I'm really afraid of hospitals, and I read online, that a dream like this, that repeats could mean that I've been abducted by aliens (All though I don't believe this)
