Who thinks that Jeff shouldve shooken Randy's hand?

It would've been cool, but it doesn't fit into their fued. If it were two babyfaces yeah, but Randy's a heel and "can't be trusted", Jeff attacking him instead of showing respect pumps the fued up to the next level on personal terms.
