I have questions about 'cheddar Man'?

I heard about him while i was having one of those big serious conversations with my friends about religion and all that. He came up when we started discussing evolution. I looked around wikipedia and stuff like that, trying to learn about him. Apparently i didn't do a very good job though, because i couldn't find much, and i don't currently have access to a library.. I want to know how he was found, the possibilities of how he could have died, where he was found, and most of all: why in the hell is he called 'cheddar man'?? If you could please include reliable resources with your answers that would be super awesome cuz i wanna also read more about him. Thx :)
