I-94 problem .....hi i have problem with my I-94 name how i can fix it?

the spelling of my last name different from my work authorization and both cry the same A # and moreover it shows my grand father name as my last name, i want to file for green card and don't know what to do, im a refugee and my name was handled incorrectly by the employee i want to file the correct information, i asked my case workers from the first day i here for help and i get confused because each one give me thought different from the other and now im lost
