Does anyone have anger issues? How do you cope with them?

I had to curse out 2 people today. My stepmom twice because she was acting rude to me on Superbowl Sunday and because her daughter had gone into my room and messed up some of my things, including a pair of UGG boots. Her daughter had sprayed a whole bottle of perfume on her self and spilled it on my boots.....now they are ruined....Anyways, my stepmom was telling me that I shouldn't be getting mad at her and I should keep my stuff put away. And I basically told her off. I hate her with a pion, I'm sorry I have to say this but this woman is very selfish and shes always on my dad's nutz. I think she was mad because my dad wans't paying her any attention and he was spending time with me nad my brothers while we were watching the Superbowl...My dad does everythign for her, and this woman doesn't lift a finger..she doesn't do any house work, she can't cook for her own life and she eats all the food...I'm sorry I'm complaing but she frustrates me..I wish my mom or my grandma from my
