How do I retrieve "my doents" on my computer when mistakenly "moved"?

I mistakenly "moved" "my doents" on my computer a few weeks ago. Some told me it was lost. Yesterday I was working on pictures and came across something that said "my recent doents. I saw all of the doents that I lost. Dont' know how to get back to "recent doents" and retrieve what I thought I had lost. Apparently it is still on the computer in a place that I can't locate. Also don't know how to get it from that place back to My Doents! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You! KINDLY BE VERY SPECIFIC WITH YOUR DIRECTIONS!
