Need some help on gateway FX P-7805u Laptop?

Hello i need a little help this laptop has intel centrino 2 running at 2.3 ghz and nvidia 9800 gts with 1 gb of discrete memory not i was wondering how can i overclock it and also how can i turn on the discrete memory? i heard you can overclock intel centrino 2 help everyone !!
