Need advise dating a married man? dont judge please?

im not here to be judged im here for advice!! (know im with this guy he is 35 i am only 21 he plays in the same baseball league my dad does hes dominican and we are puerto ricans been with him since april have had 3 times in almost 8 months that's nothing when we are together we can talk about anything we just chill at the park with friends and fam he always want m to be there with him sitting next to hm he lives in mex plays pro bball over there married for 7 years and has 3 kids with her 2 in dr i have never said anything about him leaving her and out of the no where he says they are having problems and that he wants out but not ready to leave kids i like how he doesn't talk bad about her cuz most guys do i just try to be there for him he comes sundays and know he wants m to start going over there to visit i went this last weekend i always asked him why doesn't he txt me or call while i was there i noticed he works Too much personal trainer mon- fri mornings bank afternoons and baseball at 7 know i get why im so used to guys talking bad bout wife's and hes totally diff he says he doesn't love her but will always respect her cuz shes the mother of his kids ive tried leaving him and he dedicates beautiful songs he calls my mom mother in law and tells her theres a god up there it will happen and told my aunt that i have no clue how much he loves me so i feel bad i know im starting to fall for him and i let him know i think i want to let go just cant dont know how can anyone please help
