Does he like me or is he messing ?

So my brother has a friend whose 26. Whenever he comes to the house he always messes with me saying stupid stuff (in front of my family). He always says hello Jennifer when ever I walk p him and I say hi and then he says why haven't you called me yet. The other day he said Facebook me or call me (I dont have his number) and I said you add me first, which he did that night!=] The day after that he said you message me on Facebook saying pick me up anytime. I was talking to my brothers girlfriend and she said that when ever he comes to my house he always asks my brother "wheres your sister, wheres your sister". Hes friends with my brothers girlfriend and he hasn't even added her on Facebook.He has a girlfriend but he has cheated on her many times and shes cheated on him too. Anyway today when he was going home he said he was going home to think about jenifier(about me) when he was walking out the door.
