I really want baby #2 - but my hubby is not really into it?

I have a 16th old prefect little gal.. I am still losing weight from her but I am losing it.. I cant eve tell you how much I have a NEED for any nother baby.. Every time I here some is prego, I just Cry. I am not on the pill - give him it all the time, but he will not "do it all the way" if you know what I mean... Sometimes I am hoping he will just forget and do it...his reasons are $$$ and I work full time too becuase of health insureance reasons -but this issue is really making me depressed
