I am 5'4 and 152 pounds........................…
I'm kind of having the same deal, but I eat way healthier than that. Try picturing yourself skinnier and you can definitely get your to the gym. I would go at least 3 times a week, not 2. Drink lots and lots of water. Don't eat pop tarts! Tell your parents that you'd like to eat healthier, and they'll probably start buying more healthy food and making it for you. My mom is really supportive of me with this kind of thing, and she always has apples and lettuce around for me. I wouldn't eat any carbs like bagels or pretzels because they're really unhealthy. Don't eat dessert because that will do you no good!! WILL POWER!!! When you get hungry or something, just have water. Don't eat a cheese stick for snack, either. I would have an apple or gs. Why the heck do your parents buy freaking pop tarts?!? Just tell them to not buy them or hide them so you won't eat them.
