How Do I get rid of Big Red Pimple on nose?

whenever that happens to me i usually wait it out a bit and then when its REALLY big i squeeze the crap out of it and then wash it iff with soap and water that usually works for me because it cleans all the grease or oil or whatever is blocking the pore right out and away
