Havinq a female problem?

okay . in november i got my AF six days early & it started off very light, light cramps and then it progressed to more bleeding, lasted a couple days longer than usual. my af came yesterday, [12/18]. but its very abnormal. the cramps were so bad yesterday i was crying hysterically, throwing up so much and also had like 3 b***l movements in 20 minutes. i was in somuch pain. but today the cramps are not as bad, but still there, i have lower back pain [ i never get that with AF ] and I'm restless/tired after sleeping till about 1pm today. there isn't a lot of blood present. i haven't had to change pads like i usually do for AF. first days are heavy. but not this time. its there but not the way it usually is. any advice/explanations? thanks in advance
