Has Congress Authorized the Use of Force Against Libya...Obama's War?

Guess that Peace Prize was premature, as Obama prepares to strike Libya. Has Congress been asked to authorize this aggressive use of force...or is the United Nations enough to drag us into another Middle East conflict?
