Girl issues...ughhhhh please help me out. thanks: )?

Ive been struggling with this issue for 3 months now. So theres this girl I really like,,,maybe even love. Her name is Cait. I met her in our college's musical I was casted in. When I first saw her, I knew instantly that something was going to happen bewtween her and me. When we first hung out, she brought her roomate. I knew this was normal. But when we hung out her roomate mentioned her boyfriend, which Cait never brought up :/...i initially thought it was over right then & there. But Cait and I had kept talking and texting. At first I was confused and tried not to bring up her boyfriend. Then one rehersal, Her boyfriend showed up. This got me furious. I left. Next day I avoided her. She had asked me if I was upset/trying to avioid her. Then when I told her that I was upset that she never mentioned her boyfriend, She told me that she liked me and had feelings for me. For a girl with a boyfriend to say this really caught me off guard. I told her I liked her back. It seems that the rehersal her bf came to visit, they were about to break up. As time went by, Cait and I had hung out more and continued flirting without cheating, I knew it was wrong and I told Cait that if she loved her bf, she should b with him. She began crying and told me she was confused and ended up leaving. Next day, She asked me why I gave up so easily. I told her I HAD to do it, and not that I wanted to. next rehersal, she told me that she wanted to kiss me & discover if thier was something bewtween us. SHE KISSED ME. and I told her i didn't i wanted to progress this anymore unless she mad a decision. either him or me. I told her I'd wait, but not forever. She picked him. I was an emotional wreck, i even CRIED!!! Then when i talked to her one last time for closure, She told me that she didn't know what I wanted even though i tried to make it clear as possible that I liked her, I even told her that I loved her. She was shocked by this but then said " I think i'm starting to fall in love with you too ". Then We both left for winter break (1 month vacation) then she txted me again much about 20 min later that night and told me she wished i kissed her cuz of the snowy night and dramatic scenery and just cuz "she felt like she was starting to fall for me" She ran in the cold snow across campus and I held her hands and kissed her( makeout).(we never had ) She said I treat her more like a gf than her bf does. He's still in high school. I barely talked to her over the vacation bcuz i needed time away from the situation, we both did. Now one month later, She told me that she wanted to be with her bf and that she thinks I'm manipulative, and a college guy who's trying to get in her pants, truth is i think i might truely love her. AM I CRAZY IS SHE CRAZY ARE WE BOTH CRAZY?? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! please any advice will do.godbless
